About venison

The meat is highly valued worldwide for its taste and qualities of wild meat. It is classified as a delicacy. The meat of deer that live in similar natural conditions, but are cared for, healthy, well-fed and avoid stress and interbreeding, is especially valued.

Venison is matured only in automated dry aging chambers. This brings out the unique taste and aroma of the venison even more.

The meat is lean, has little cholesterol, is soft, aromatic and extremely tasty. Suitable for both grilling, steaks and stews. Can be made according to all beef recipes.

It is especially suitable for babies, children, the elderly, it is recommended for those suffering from various indigestion diseases and following dietary requirements.

Deer are bred in the Rokiškis district, where many old and mature meadows, cut by many clean springs, have remained due to the not very fertile, very hilly and not very suitable land for grain crops. In such meadows, forests and groves, deer find shade in the summer, shelter in the winter, and plenty of different herbs and barks necessary for their healthy, complete nutrition. With large fenced areas, the deer grow in very similar conditions to the wild, but are closely monitored and protected.

The products are made only from fresh, non-frozen meat. No mechanically separated meat is used, no meat waste is used.

Together with professional producers, we offer cured, hot-smoked sausages and milk sausages, cold-smoked hams, various preserves and other products made from selected venison meat.
