Beef is matured only in automated dry aging chambers. It gives the meat a unique taste and aroma.

Beef of the Limousin breed is characterized by softness and good taste. Most of the meat is suitable for grilling and roasting. One of the most valued breeds in the world.

Beef is especially valuable when the animal has lived freely in herds since birth and does not experience stress.

Cattle are raised in Rokiškis district, where, due to the not very fertile, very hilly and not very suitable land for grain crops, many old and mature meadows, cut by many clean springs, have remained. In such meadows, cattle find an abundance of various herbs necessary for their healthy and complete nutrition.
