It is for this reason that this meat is often chosen by active sports people. Since this meat contains a lot of iron, its consumption reduces the risk of anemia,” says G. Bačkov.

To prepare the tastiest roast beef, a meat expert suggests choosing aged meat. By choosing such a product, according to him, you will cook a quality steak at home without any trouble.
“In the past, there may have been certain myths that it is difficult to prepare delicious bull meat – as if this meat is hard and requires special preparation. However, high-quality, matured meat of this type is really soft, has an expressive taste and is easy to prepare. They have been convinced of this for some time, and more and more buyers who are looking for meat with an exceptional taste appreciate it,” says G. Bačkov.
If you would like to cook a bulina steak, G. Bačkov advises that it is best to choose entrecote, tenderloin or cutlet. To get the best taste, the expert suggests frying the meat without spices, using sunflower oil, in a well-heated pan.
If you want a steak with blood, it is recommended to cook it on both sides for about 1.5-2 minutes, if you want it well done – 4 minutes. And after taking the hot steak out of the pan, simply sprinkle with sea salt and brush with butter.
